The pipeline is real: candidates, requisitions, users, sessions, stage moves, interviews, HR Discussion, the pre-offer checklist, salary fitment, Level 1 and Level 2 approvals, offers and onboarding are all stored in the database. Application-review decisions, the communication log and the stage-history list are still demonstration behaviour and are not saved.
